Aisha Jamila hinds, a popular American actor. The actress is well known for the roles she played in TV series The Shield, and True Blood. She has demonstrated her versatility through 2003 when she has delivered outstanding performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit, 1-8-7, as well as Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was for her role as Anna in the film Assault on Precinct 13. In 1997, she had two highly acclaimed films: Iruvar and Aur pyaar ho gaya. Bachchan got a shot at the front line of New Bollywood after both films challenged the conventional structure for Bollywood films in the era of. Bachchan gained the title of Queen of Bollywood by her performance as Paro the betrayed lover in Devdas a film which was one of Bollywood's most acclaimed film productions. The film was also the first Bollywood film to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival. The following year she won great acclaim for her portrayal in Chokher Bali (2003) a tense drama based on Rabindranath Tagore's story. Also in 2003, she became the first Indian actress to serve on the Cannes Film Festival jury. Bachchan was first seen in the film Gurinderchadha's Bride and Prejudice, a musical and dancing adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. This was the moment that Bachchan brought her star power and beauty to her first major film in English. The actress returned to Bollywood for the smash Dhoom: 2 (2006) ahead of releasing Provoked The Story of Provoked True Story (2006) in English. She married Abhishek Bachchan, a co-star, who is the daughter of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage has brought two of India's most famous individuals to one another.
